TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PRICE: Pricing is based on ordering entire quantity quoted per the Aztech part number and description. Any misinterpretation is the responsibility of the buyer.

QUANTITY: Industry standards allow for shipment quantities to be +/- 10% of order quantities. Ship quantities ordered plus a quantity to provide full boxes or a partial box that result from the end of a packaging run.

DELIVERY: No transportation allowance is given. The shipping method is to be at seller's discretion unless Buyer specifies routing instructions. Shipments will not be insured unless specified by the Buyer. Aztech Locknut Company will not be responsible or assume cost for the failure of pick up, delivery, damage, or insurance or any other unusual delivery cost. Freight Terms are F.O.B. Aztech Locknut unless otherwise quoted with alternative terms. Aztech Locknut Company will not incur any liability for late material and has the option to provide partial shipments or functional parts.

CANCELLATION: Orders are not subject to cancellation, change and reduction in amount or quantity without authorization. Late orders are note subject to cancellation. Special items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

PRODUCT WARRANTY: All sales by Aztech Locknut Company are made pursuant to the terms and conditions in effect during the time of delivery. Aztech Locknut Company shall not be held liable to the buyer or anyone else for any defect in goods that results in personal injury, death, property damage, loss of use or replacement costs. Remedies to buyer under these circumstances are provided at the discretion of Aztech Locknut Company.

IMPORTANT: Aztech Locknut Company will make every effort to supply items a quoted prices and cannot guarantee availability or price at time of order due to changing supply and market conditions. Aztech Locknut Company will not be responsible for improper use, misapplication or installation issues. Aztech Locknut Company does not guarantee zero defects in any lot and user assumes full responsibility for final product compliance.

PROCESS ONLY: Aztech Locknut reserves the right to re-quote after material receipt. Price changes can result from multiple lots, plating issues and unknown product characteristics. Multiple lots are subject to sorting. Single lots of material are preferred. Machine set up will result in some scrap/loss of product. Aztech Locknut will make every effort to minimize material loss. Aztech Locknut Company will not reimburse buyer for this material.
